People & Development Coordinator
Brisbane CBD | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a People & Development Coordinator to join one of Australia's largest and fastest-growing law firms. Working closely with the Senior Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting the Brisbane office across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to national HR initiatives.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with experience in HR or recruitment administration who is looking to take the next step in their career within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Prepare employment documentation, contract variations and payroll paperwork
- Support graduate and clerkship programs, learning initiatives and national HR projects
- Monitor compliance, training and practising certificate requirements
- Act as a key point of contact for employees, Partners and the wider People & Development team
Who This Suits
You'll have previous experience supporting an HR or recruitment function and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You're highly organised, proactive and thrive on creating a seamless employee experience. With excellent attention to detail, you're able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
